Narrative

On 11-21-07 employee brought to the attention of the Safety Dept. he had missed a day of work due to a work-related injury he received 10-27-07. He was struck by a piece of draw rock while bolting top. He finished his shift, went to a local E.R. the next day (Sunday) and was instructed by the E.R. physician to take the next day off work.
