## Narrative

Employee was installing bed liners on a 785 haul truck. He was using a portable 9"" grinder. In doing so he had gotten metal in his eye. He wasn't sure if he had metal in his eye or not. So on 11-22-07 I took him to the emergency room where the metal was removed. Employee did go to an eye doctor on 11/23/07 and again on 11/26/07. His eye is o.k. and he did not miss any work.
