An examiner found a roof fall on the 2 right, 1 left, 4 West panel at crosscut 11 in entry #5. The fall was a continuation of a previous fall. The area had been timbered and cribbed and the intersection fell in anyway. This fall was located in the old travelway of a worked out panel. The roadway was re-routed around the area.
