Fell in approx. 12' high x 16' w x 18'l area was bolted with 6' fully grouted resin bolts with 6""x12"" header boards and 6-12' cable bolts. top laminated shale no water in top at time of fall cover approx. 480' mining over top of pitts transition, area dangered off & will no be cleaned up called hotline
