## Narrative

The injured was working on the cats of the #1 Continuous Miner when a piece of roof rock measuring 4'6"" X 4'8"" X 1-6"" thick fell out of a small slip.  The rock struck the injured's left leg causing two fractures to his fibula.  The injured required surgery to repair.
