On 14 Oct. 2007 individual was priming blast holes when he slipped in the mud on his right knee. Individual was seen by a doctor on 25 Oct and was informed that he could continue to perform his regular job duties and was scheduled for a diagnostic exam on 4 Dec. On 4 Dec. he was diagnosed with multiple tears on his meniscus & restricted from work until follow-up exam.
