## Narrative

Employee was tramming a Joy 14cm-15 radio remote continuous miner into the face of #6 entry. He stopped the miner and bent over to handle the miner cable when a rock approx. 19'w x 30""l x 1/2"" to 2 3/4"" thick fell from between two roof bolts and struck him on top of the head, which was protected by a hard hat.
