Narrative

Employee was platering a stopping. He stopped to get a drink from his dinner bucket. When he returned to the work site to complete the plastering of the stopping a rock approx. 18"" long x 10"" wide x 6"" thick fell from the 8' high mine roof and struck him on the head and neck.
