A roof fall occurred just outby survey station No. 28 approximately 500' inby the drift mouth of the No. 5 intake entry. The fall was composed of laminated sandy shale and measured approximately 20' long x 17' wide by 40"" thick. The fall was cleaned up and the area re-bolted.
