Employee entered the Moly Plant elevator on the 1st floor. A contractor was washing down the floors and accidentally hosed water in the shaft causing the elevator control fuse to short circuit. Employee was trapped in the elevator between the 1st and 2nd floors for approximately 1 hour while the fuse was replaced.
