## Narrative

EE was performing miner bolter duties at the face of #1 entry in 2 south west section. He was bolting on the side opposite the operator when he noticed that the roof strap had fallen off of the plank rack. He walked toward the strap to put it back on the rack. It caught on something & sprung back hitting him in the left forehead. Miner was tramming forward. Received 7 stitches.
