Narrative

Employee was operaring a cont. miner, when a rock fell from the roof and struck him on the neck/shoulder and leg. The rock fell from the rib to the first pattern bolt and struck the victim. He continued to work until 12/13/2007 and was taken off by his doctor with a neck pain.
