## Narrative

Employee was operating a Bobcat to clean hopper grids.  A dump truck was backing up at the same time as the Bobcat.  The dump truck pushed the bobcat forward and the Bobcat slid sideways. The jolt caused EE to suffer a lumbar strain and he was restricted from his regular duties for 1 day.
