Narrative

Employee was passenger in mantrip that ran over a 2"" x 2"" wooden block causing it to flip up and strike him on lower right leg. He was taken to hospital where x-ray revealed no fractures but because of severe swelling and bruising doctor has advised not to return to work until swelling subsides.
