## Narrative

Operator arrived for work on 12/09/2007 and reported that he had soreness and pain in his shoulder blade area. Operator had been ripping coal in the rib end of the pit and pushing it to the easi-miner to load. He states that he took a good jolt when backing off the coal to make another push. Operator worked all of this day and part of the next before leaving work to see a doctor.
