Narrative

He complained of knee pain while working on the longwall face. An MRI disclosed a meniscus tear. Doctor's documentation shows degeneration to his right knee. This employee continued to work until 12/10/07. He began losing time for surgery that took place on 12/11/07. We are considering this an occupational illness.
