## Narrative

EE and co-worker were rolling out three inch poly-line that had been coiled. As they reached the end of the roll, the line slipped out of the co-worker's hand and struck injured in the face. He sustained a fractured nose and a laceration that required two sutures to close. No time was missed from work.
