Employee stated that he was getting ready to make a cut in the face of # 0 and as he let the curtain down some dust from the curtain went into his eye. He washed his eye out with 2 bottles of eye wash. He woke up the next morning and his eye was still bothering him, so he went to the eye doctor and had a small piece of metal removed from his eye.
