An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia North Portal Main North 20,055 mark approach to the #1 seal in the 1st East Headgate seals. The fall was approximately 40 feet long, approximately 18 feet wide, and approximately 6 feet thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or the passage of men. The fall will not be cleaned up.
