Narrative

He was descending the ladder of a 180 front-end loader and after placing his left foot on the ground he was lowering his right foot to the ground. His left foot slipped on the muddy surface and he squatted down on his left leg. He stained his left knee. Continued to work. on 12/13/07 he received med attention, MRI revealed a torn meniscus of left knee. Surgery 12/17/07.
