## Narrative

Employee was loading a 10 foot piece of 85-lb track rail onto a supply car. The rail shifted and he caught his finger between the rail and the edge of the supply car. Cause of this injury was not having enough help and safety awareness. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equip. not a factor, miner proficiency a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor
