## Narrative

Employee and another co-worker were changing out a bad top roller cradle on the SM ""D"" belt. It jammed up against the side of the bed rail and jarred his left shoulder. Cause of this injury was not having enough help and safety awareness. Compliance with rules/regs not a factor, miner proficiency a factor, safety equip not a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor.
