## Narrative

As employee was installing a bolt into a hinge pin collar on the #3 MBM, he was told that the #1 & #2 MBM was going to be moved to pull back Lo-Lo belt. He replied that he would be out of the way and to proceed. When the MBMs were moved, his thumb was caught between the collar and the hinge pin, resulting in the amputation of the tip of his left thumb.
