#7 entry, 2 crosscuts outby face #3182, employee said he was hanging cable & waterline. Put cable & waterline on shoulder and raised up to hang them. Employee said he felt lower back pull. Said he dropped his cable and fell to his knees. Employee said he asked for help, help did not arrive so after 10 min he started to hang it himself.
