## Narrative

EE was working on the analyzer chiller tube when he became overwhelmed by sulferic acid vapors & was rendered unconscious for a short period of time. Upon gaining consciousness he reported this & was taken to hospital where he had blood work & an x-ray done. Oxygen therapy was given & he was released at 2:45 am. There were no restrictions given & ee was released to full duty.
