A roof fall was discovered on the 3rd MNE, between #2 and #3 entries at Sta. 24+85. The fall measured 20' L X 19' W X 8' Thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of men, no personal injury or property damage. The area was developed on 2/1/2007 and bolted with 8' point anchor bolts. The fall will not be cleaned up.
