Narrative

Employee was installing a pump in the filter plant. Pump water got into employee's boots. No irritation at this time. On 12/22/2007 employee reported irritation to his feet and it was discovered that there was a spillage of lime on 12/20/07 when pump water entered employee's boots. Taken to medical facility on 12/22/07.
