On 12/29/2007 an unintentional fall of roof occured on the 4th North Sub Main in #5 entry between cross cut 88 to 89. The fall measured approximately 16' wide x 35' long x 6' to 8' thick. The area was bolted with 6' point anchor roof bolts. The fall will be cleaned up as approved by MSHA.
