## Narrative

A roof fall was discovered on the 3rd MNE at Sta. 24+85 between entries #2 and #1. The fall measured 30' X 18' X 7' thick.   The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of men, and there was no personal injury or property damage.  The area was developed on 7/2/2007, and supported with 6' fully grouted bolts.  This fall will not be cleaned up.
