## Narrative

Employee was dismounting from D-11 dozer. He positioned his left foot on the pusharm step. As he moved his right foot down to the next step, his left foot slipped off allowing him to drop to the ground unexpectedly. Landing on his feet his left leg hyperextended backwards. He was examined and diagnosed with a knee strain and started missing work on 12/21/07.
