## Narrative

After fueling Cat 345 Hoe (excavator) miner trying to dismount machine, his foot slipped off due to ice & snow on machine, and other foot slipped on frozen ground, landing miner on his back.    The miner states it hurt his lower neck and lower back.  Miner continued working until end of shift on 1/2/08.
