## Narrative

A roof fall occurred at 805 am on 1/4/08 at 96 & 00 entry 3 main south, area had been mined 9/1991 and was supported with 4' resin bolts. Fall was 25' long x 20' wide and 8' high. no injuries resulted however aprox. 50' of belt line was lost. This fall will not be cleaned up. Plans are to reroute belt around fall.
