Narrative

On 12/31/07 Employee was pulling and pushing a head mechanism on a drill press across discharge manifold flanges. This was done so that the flange faces would be the same length; he worked at this task for about 3 hrs. Employee reported he did not have any pain or soreness until the next day. On 01/02/08 he came to work and reported that he felt like he needed to see a doctor.
