An unintentional roof fall was discovered on the Main North Sta. 19+10, between entries #2 and #3 in the haul road. The fall is approx. 40' X 18.5' X 4.5' thick. No injuries, equipment damage and fall did not affect ventilation. The area was supported with 5' and 12' point anchor bolts. The fall was not in an intersection and will be cleaned up.
