## Narrative

Employee had bent over to write down purchase order numbers on a small note pad as part of receiving process. As employee stood up, the individual felt a pain in lower back. Once employee was able to stand the individual could not stand up straight as they normally would. Employee felt that they could just work it out and with a good nights sleep and feel better in the morning.
