A roof fall occurred on MMU-001 at the intersection of 44+10 in entry #4. The fall pulled the 6' fully grouted resin bolts. It measured approx 18'L x 18'W x 6'H. It occurred in an area which had previously been abandoned because of the amount of out of seam material being mined & water that was coming from roof. The cause was presence of water bearing sandstone.
