Narrative

EE was cutting the gear drive base plate off of a classifier at the #14 ball mill. When he stood up he placed his hand on the track for the ball cart to steady himself. The ball cart came by as soon as he placed his hand on the track clipping his r.h. index & middle fingertips causing his nail to pull loose and resulting in a stitch to keep his nail in place.
