## Narrative

Employee was uncoupling rail cars at the packhouse.  While uncouping a rail car, the handle was stuck and when he pulled up on the handle, he felt some pain in his left bicep.  The original diagnosis on the evening of the 22nd was a strained bicep. A Subsequent diagnosis has determined that he has a deteched tendon in his bicep and will require surgury.
