Narrative

On 12/20/07 employee mentioned to his supervisor that he stepped off the locomotive and felt his knee twist. He continued to work and did not seek medical attention. On 1/8/08 he informed his supervisor that his personal physician stated he may have seriously injured his knee. At that time we sent him for evaluation. His restrictions caused him to be put in a no work status.
