Narrative

EE was filling 5 gal. bucket, he opened the molasses valve on #5 pump, when filling the 2nd bucket the cement started pouring with more force exiting the mollasses valve. Due to the amount of initial force the cement spattered off of the bottom of the and back out. The cement struck the employee face entering behind his safety glasses irritating surface cment struck his face
