An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia North Portal between Crosscut 107 and 108 on the Galatia North travelway at 8925N. The fall was approximately 40 feet long, approximately 18 feet wide, and approximately 12 feet thick. The fall will be cleaned up.
