The employee stated he was installing a cable bolt at break five when he started to push the bolt into the hole the plate caught on a track tie and caused him to feel pain in his shoulder. The employee did not start missing work until 1/2/08. He was diagnosed with arthritis and severe degenerative changes in the shoulder.
