## Narrative

Employee states he was mixing mud next to the hopper, when the other helper jumped into the water truck and began to drive away with a hose still attached (helper forgot to unhook hose) to the pump.  The pump began to drag and came towards employee, who jumped out of the way and landed on the ground and felt pain in his knee.
