As water receded in the old Northwest Mains area during pumping efforts a roof fall was identified in the #4 entry. The fall was 1 break outby spad # 4193. The fall was approx. 20'L X 20'W X 4'-5' high. The area contained 42""-48"" resin bolts and was mined approx. 2/94. The area has been dangered off and timbers have been set.
