## Narrative

Had a roof fall 30 ft. long x 19' to 20' wide x 5' to 6' high 50 ft outby spad #382. This fall is timbered and dangered off. We are not going to clean this fall up at this time. This fall is on the intake, but ventilation is not affected. We have other entries.
