## Narrative

EE working on drive and went to place 4ftX8ft. guard back up. He placed one end of the guard back on the pole bracket and then went to lift the opposite end. He lifted the guard up, the other end that was set slipped off the bracket and caused him to bring his guard up to the back and then straight down. Pinched his thumb and index finger against the pole bracket, fracture.
