## Narrative

EE was walking down 20-m set up face. He stepped in a water hole and twisted his right knee. EE saw a doct that day and was released to return to work. Later a MRI showed a torn meniscus. EE worked from time of accident until 1/3/08. On 1/3/08 he had knee surgery.
