## Narrative

The injured was lowering the ATRS on roof bolter when a piece of roof rock measuring 36"" X 32"" X 0 to 4"" fell from a slip striking the injured on his hard hat.  The injured complained of neck pain and was taken to Provena Emergency Dept., and later diagnosed with a neck strain.
