## Narrative

Employee was disconnecting a hydroblasting shotgun under a tank containing sodium hydroxide.  An external pipe to the tank was clogged, when suddenly the plug was dislodged, resulting in the sodium hydroxide to engulf the employee's head, face, neck and sholders.
