Narrative

The employee was assisting a bolter operator by making up his bolts. He was positioned to hand a bolt to the operator when the employee was struck in the side of the lower leg by a rock. The employee sustained a hyper-extended knee causing fractures of the ankle and knee plus possible ligament damage.
